Poor Customer service Poor Customer service. Selected make, model, year on website. However the brake pads I received did not fit the OEM as their website is not program to be aware that the S-line model (has a different brake configuration). since it is over 30 days they would not accept my return. -Additionally their website says 4.8 stars however i could not leave a review on their website nor was their a link to do so in my order confirmation.

Wow! All Business Plus Stellar Service!! Wow! The Staff at Buybrakes.com went above & beyond in communication and sourcing my impossible to find GM rotors. This was a transaction that earned my business for life. There were no excuses in this transaction that covid tried to sideline. They under promised and over delivered.

Horrible all around - NEGATIVE stars Horrible, non-existent customer servicing. Website is setup like $hit and over 3 weeks after order was placed NO ONE responded to my numerous calls, voicemails, texts and emails. LESS THAN ONE STAR DESRVED. Awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!! The "good reviews" are clearly BS.

I needed a specific part for a brake… I needed a specific part for a brake kit and I needed it the next day, I had called numerous other suppliers and it wasn't until I got ahold of Adam at buybrakes.com. he was able to verify the part number, find the par I needed and even went as far to accommodate my poor phone signal and communicate with me via text message.
