Wrong brake parts shipped for my VW! I purchased brakes for my car after they confirmed the size and configuration. Tech support was very good. Unfortunately, the manufacturer they sell, Centric, was not at all helpful when they sent a kit with incorrect parts. Instead of resolving, they denied they were wrong. Had to return the whole order and buy the parts locally. Credit just posted 3 weeks later. Changed score to 3 stars as BuyBrakes isn't nearly as much at fault as Centric, although still believe they could have resolved with Centric.

Paid for my order nine days ago and still hasn't shipped. Paid for my order nine days ago. Still no tracking number. From their website. "Shipping Information & Order Status" "Will you provide tracking information?" "Tracking numbers are sent after your order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are not sent during order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a tracking number and haven't received it. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number." 24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

Audi RS7 (2018) Front Brakes! I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer. I checked a few online retailers and was confused. John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop. Worst Customer Service Worst Customer Service, I have ever experienced. I could not recommend these guys ever unfortunately. Hassled me over not Specifying the vehicle in which the parts were for which is none of their business honestly. Then continued Delaying the order past the shipping time, in response to not telling them what they were for. Do not Order from these Thieves. They wont issue a refund after you have cancelled your order either!

Excellent Customer Service Ordered brakes for multiple cars. Very fast shipping. One set of brakes did not fit. Checked the website along with the manufacturer’s website and both showed it was the correct brakes for the car. Called BuyBrakes and the associate helped find a different manufacturer brake pads that would fit the car. He placed an order for the replacement pads at no charge to make it right. It is nice to do business with an honest company who does care about their customers.
