Can you give 0 stars Can you give 0 stars. This company is a disgrace and I recommend no one buys from them. I ordered roof bars which were supposed to arrive in 2-4 working day. 20 working days later they arrived which was 10 working days too late for my holiday. In the 20 day period I messaged to say it was now too late however I was advised that I had to accept and arrange a refund. I did and then I heard nothing in response to my request for a refund for 2 weeks. Today I have finally received a convoluted explanation regarding returns which states they need to be returned 30 days from date of purchase! Avoid this terrible company.

Very poor service Don't trust the fake 5star reviews! Ordered 1set of roof bars for my car. I received 2 sets. One that doesn't fit and one set that is missing parts to fit it. The phone no. is an answer phone message and the email so far has only generated a general response not related to my order. An update: I've had a response to my query 2 days after my email. They have asked for pictures of the problem. They sent me the wrong stuff what do they want pictures for? I sent the pictures straight away. No response! I've asked for a refund.... No response. Very poor service.

All’s well that ends well? As in other reviews, I purchased an item then only later realising it would be shipped from the ROI after receiving shipping information. Emailed the company being concerned with import duties, but only (to date) received an automated response. After reading reviews I was dreading how much extra I’d need to pay. The big surprise was that the item (kayak) arrived in 4 days with a sticker saying customs paid! I was expecting to have to pay around £100+ extra and write an appropriate review, but, based upon this purchase, I can only knock off one star for the stress over customs duties and lack of communication. I could take one more off, but in the end I’ve got my kayak quickly and at a very good price! Lucky?? I hope not and hope that this is the pattern in future…

Good service and better than reviews… Good service and better than reviews suggest. The company is UK registered but clearly ships from Ireland so be careful if good are over the VAT limit. Delivery takes a bit longer 4 days but the price is so good it was worth it. My goods were all in good order, customs marked properly so no import charges and delivered with tracking from Irish post system and Parcelforce.

Dreadful Do read and take note of previous reviews. This company is dreadful. Operates under several names, no contact phone number, listed as a London address but operating out of Ireland. Ordered an item, received a tracking number but didn’t work when I went onto the courier website (random courier that isn’t well known). Sent 3 emails to Car Racks customer service and got no response. Was about to open a query with PayPal, 10 days later my order suddenly arrived, after the date I needed it for. Too late to use the items now but can’t be bothered with the battle to try and return as there’s just no response from these cowboys! Pay a bit more and buy from a reputable business.
