Don't trust delivery times! Don't trust delivery times! Non-existent customer service and 0 responsibility for huge delivery delays. Took me going through 3 different delivery company's to find where my order was. Thankfully I managed to go and collect it which made it worth while but I couldn't speak to any one. When I did try to call it went through to a different company's email address. A bit dodgy but I did get my order - through no help of Car Racks!

Phone number leads only to a recorded message telling you contact can only be made via email. Contact via email gets an automated response back - but never anything more. The contact address is in London but they operate out of the Dublin area. Seems like an utter scam and will no doubt now have to wrangle with my credit card company to get my money back. My next thought is how to get trading standards on to these people. Dont be fooled by the slightly cheaper prices online - pay the extra with a reputable company and dont get anywhere near these fools.

Non Existent Returns Policy Absolutely terrible. Bought Qashqai racks which were delivered to wrong address and eventually turned up after Parcel Force chased the package down. I’d already bought another set from a different supplier and asked to return the racks which turned up late under their “no quibble” returns policy in unopened packaging and within 28 days of receipt. Zero responses to emails, no calls answered or returned and I ended up with a second set of bars that were now useless. Wouldn’t touch this lot again.

Thumbs up from us! Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Most of the neg reviews are in regards to car racks...which are notoriously difficult to fit correctly to your car. We bought a paddle board from here, and at first I was extremely concerned about how legit this company was and whether we were going to have issues due to the other reviews on here. We had no problems whatsoever. They do ship from Ireland but even so it arrived within the 2-5day time frame that was initially given. Although they are difficult/impossible to contact via phone, they reply to their emails pretty quickly. Our experience with this company has only been positive thus far.
