Shocking disgraceful service Shocking disgraceful service, do not use. The prom dress ordered looked nothing like the one we thought we had chosen and arrived damaged with a snag in it. Quality of material, stitching etc shocking and smell was vile! I was offered a 5% discount! How can this company be allowed to continue trading as an illegal UK company? Reporting to trading standards to hopefully prevent others from suffering the same fate. FAKE COMPANY! Misold and misled......

Firstly the dresses arrived late, so before receiving the dresses and after reading the bad reviews I cancelled the order and put in a dispute with my bank, Only to receive the dresses a few weeks later now that’s too late, bank refunded me, so was okay and to be honest I returned the dresses to the company even paid large amounts for shipping to HONG KONG. This company received the dresses and then contacted the bank to claim both the money and the dress! Till today they refuse to refund me my money! I would Never purchase from this site again, as a matter of fact I’ll run if I see this name pop up! Don’t shop your money will be lost!

VERY POOR QUALITY In the process of trying to return 2 dresses today that are awful quality and starting to experience how bad this company really is. It's almost impossible to communicate with them now that I want to return items. The dresses were very poor quality and not at all worth the money paid. Don't use this company!

Disgraceful customer service, incompetent and you won’t get your money back. Disgraceful customer service. Dress arrived completely different to the one ordered, looked absolutely dreadful on and off, bad quality and an entirely ridiculously different bodice. Really frumpy. Hard to achieve for a size 8 customer. Customer services wouldn’t have any of it despite giving them photos of the dress on website and the one I received. They said it was a different dress (doesn’t that prove my point?) No refund. I gave up. I now have an expensive rag I paid £110 for hanging in the wardrobe that just looks like a giant piece of flouncy ham when worn. I wouldn’t mind so much if I’d ordered a giant flouncy piece of ham but I ordered an elegant size 8 dress. Steer clear, they are incompetent dressmakers but master crooks.

I AGREE WITH THE STAY AWAY review. I AGREE WITH THE STAY AWAY review. We ordered and paid in good faith for 4 bridesmaids dresses, which didnt fit and was the wrong colour. This scamming, cheap, unethical company has NOT STUCK to their advertised policies and will NOT return my money despite all dresses with tags on and in packaging. They have now stopped communication and blocked me from their accounts! I have not been abusive, although i now feel like i want to be! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
