Well after reading the previous reviews… Well after reading the previous reviews I’m so shocked. I was honestly so nervous after ordering the dress whether it would look like the pictures, fit right, etc and to my surprise the dress was delivered on time, was actually 98% like the picture advertised, maybe isn’t the best stitching but for the price I think I actually got a good deal. I ordered slightly bigger to be on the safe side so will gave to get some slight alterations but overall I’m actually very satisfied with my purchase and trust me I’m really not the easiest person to please...maybe with all the negativity, joy Betty are trying to provide a better service

Terrible service once they have your… Terrible service once they have your money. They don't follow their own measurements, let alone any custom sized ones. Their dresses come too small and joybetty refuses to take responsibility. Buy at own risk.

I would give this company minus stars I would give this company minus stars. They are a complete rip off. I have purchased a damaged, poorly made prom dress for my daughterthst is nothing like advertised. I have tried contacting Joybetty on several occasions just to keep getting the same automated email reply from Vicky offering a 10% discount, I have never ever experienced such terrible customer service in my life. The dress looked like a cheap, faulty, oversized bit of tat even though I paid over £120 for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have since passed all the info to my credit card company wiyh the photo and email evidence so hopefully they will have more luck getting my money back.

They scam you out of your money Joybetty.com and uk They scam you out of your money, sending you a half made dress, and trick you into buying a dress that has jewels on it but in the description they say (will be made with beads) instead. So make sure you don’t go off of the picture they provide, read the description before you’re suckered into buying something that’s not anywhere near the quality of the picture. Contacted support; “it has beads it’s fine want $5 for troubles” Wow On top of that! Just look at them trying to cover up their website by linking it to “GLOBAL CAR SALE” wow hilarious tactic!

Disgraceful customer service, incompetent and you won’t get your money back. Disgraceful customer service. Dress arrived completely different to the one ordered, looked absolutely dreadful on and off, bad quality and an entirely ridiculously different bodice. Really frumpy. Hard to achieve for a size 8 customer. Customer services wouldn’t have any of it despite giving them photos of the dress on website and the one I received. They said it was a different dress (doesn’t that prove my point?) No refund. I gave up. I now have an expensive rag I paid £110 for hanging in the wardrobe that just looks like a giant piece of flouncy ham when worn. I wouldn’t mind so much if I’d ordered a giant flouncy piece of ham but I ordered an elegant size 8 dress. Steer clear, they are incompetent dressmakers but master crooks.
