GBDon't use if you live in the Midwest or are buying Used This program may work well out on the coasts or if you are purchasing a new car, but the program was not very good when one is purchasing a used car in the MidWest. I wound up spending more on their service fee than what they saved me, and they made the process actually more complicated, as they were a middle man and were unfamiliar with the area, car dealers, and options. There was no help with finding a lender, and I felt like I was forgotten about. UPDATE- They also do not stand by their "refund for any reason" statement within the service agreement. 1 Star

GBThis was the best experiences of my car … This was the best experiences of my car buying life. I felt total confidence in Paul and his team. I loved the check-ins, and follow-up calls. I felt like they understood exactly what I wanted and where I was flexible on features. Waltzing into the dealership with the car I picked sitting right outside was so fantastic. Yes, I still had to endure some upsell talk, but I had been coached how to handle, that was a huge help. I unreservedly recommend My Hopscotch to anyone who is too busy, too annoyed, too terrified, too frustrated with the normal car buying experience. I can't wait until my next time I can use My Hopscotch again!

GBThey put in zero effort They put in zero effort in finding my car. I realize it is a tough market right now and I had specific things I wanted and was not in a rush, but, how did I end up finding the car before they did if they were working on it? Not impressed. Would not recommend.
