Misleading claims & M.I.A. personnel I signed up with them only to be disappointed. Multiple times they simply disappeared from communication for WEEKS, then MONTHS at a time. Needless to say they stopped sending options and weren’t negotiating. When I called once to ask for a refund, the woman who answered the phone was confused who I was (even after giving my name and though she was my account manager). Really disappointing experience. Had to write for a refund 3 times over the course of months to get it. And completely unapologetic. Seeing all the positive reviews had me interested initially, so balancing this out with my first-hand experience for anyone else reading the reviews.

On top of that, the automobile transport company that was recommended charged me almost double of what I later found elsewhere for the same service. However, they did eventually help me find a car which I did purchase.
