GBHad starting problem Had starting problem. John Gallo said a new alternator and plugs would fix it. IT DID NOT. Then he said battery,a new fuel pump and fuel filter would fix it. IT DID NOT. Charged a lot of money and still have the same problem. Mr. Tire is the WORST auto repair shop. Called customer service they never responded.

GBGreat friendly service. Mr. Tire in Waynesville, NC was excellent. Phil, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered my tires online from Tire Rack on a Wednesday and they arrived at Mr. Tire on Friday. New tires were put on the following Monday. Great way to buy tires and get them installed.

GBStay away from Mr. Tire Came in for tire change and front end alignment. 2 tires were only filled to 23 pounds of air, should have been 35. Broke 2 TPMS sensors. Did NOT recalibrate sensors. Did NOT replace one valve stem cover. Put wrong milage on invoice (which would affect warranty of tires) I have serious doubts now as to whether the alignment was done correctly. WILL NEVER USE MR. Tire again!

GBConfirmed appointment online wasn't registered in the system. I've made an appointment online to: 605 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd Voorhees, NJ. I received the confirmation email. When I arrive there, I was not in the system. I showed the confirmation email to the manager but it didn't helped. It was a total waste of precious time.
