GB1984 Chevrolet Silverado c10 dash pad. I ordered a dash pad for my 84 C10 from LMC it showed up damaged they sent another hole for trim piece were off by a 1/2 inch I don't think anyone at LMC can make a decision especially thier QC dept i have been waiting now for 10 and still no response from LMC. Very poorly made products. I will not buy anything from them again.

GBThe worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. McDonald's has better customer service than LMC. I made a purchase, they took the money from my account. 7 days later, i decided to check the whereabouts of my package. So I called, waited 35min on hold.then they said my billing address didn't match my shipping address, duuu there online order didn't ask for it. I never got a phone call or a email notifying me of a problem. Well i didn't get my parts or a apology. Hey LMC, my money works everywhere else but i guess you don't need it

GBLMC is a failure LMC truck has become another company that continues to blame Covid for lack of customer service,lack of timely shipping and lack of basic giving a f***. Waiting months for a backorded bumper that was paid for….then calling to cancel the order and paying a restocking fee for a bumper that was never sent and having the CSR tell me That bumper is one that probably won’t return to stock…. Overpaying time after time for shipping. Paying 100 dollars To ship a ford ranger front bumper that takes some troll in their warehouse four days to pull off the shelf. I am thankfully about done with my ranger rebuild and due to lack of other vendors having these parts I am forced to deal with a slimy vendor like LMC. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

GBI have purchased know less then 15… I have purchased know less then 15 0rders front LMC probably will be more. In the last 2 months l have received everything correct shipping has been sent in reasonable amount of time considering no one in this country wants to work anymore! Any one in business would know that there is no one working so you are lucky to get anything these days! Thanks LMC you have a satisfied customer here!

GBThey hung in there with me … I ordered a part from them it came lickady split quick .When it arrived it was bent in shipping regardless of packaging notices all over it .Shipping co. fault.They Immediatly send me another,bent .Sent me another. I cant believe it >They hung in there with me.I can t complain .I will order again !
