GBThe Advance Auto that is located in… The Advance Auto that is located in Winter Springs. The sales rep that employ there are very unprofessional also dishonest. I’m being treated unfairly because I’m the only one on earth. This world 🌎 is operated by God. I’m being out number because I’m right. I hate the negative treatment that’s ongoing.Also, I conducted my research on their prices . I actually discovered that I was over charge on the transmission fluid… In addition, I was told by the sales rep that the gallon of transmission equal five quarts he lied. Furthermore, I conducted my research actually one gallon equal four quart. Advance Auto is horrible. Further when I walk in the sales rep was making remarks about crying.I don’t cry over nonsense

GBI love the employees at the Advance… I love the employees at the Advance Auto Parts on Nicholasville Rd- Lexington. Every time I go in they've been extremely helpful - whether sharing practical car tips or replacing windshield wipers, batteries, or just helping me find what I need. Today was no exception, Stacy, solved my car battery problem by installing shims to both of my terminals -for free! I know where to go when I need help or car parts! Great Job and thanks again so much!

GBThe Advance Auto Part warranty LIE Advance Auto Parts Limited Lifetime Warranties are a LIE. They only cover manufacture defects for the life of the part; a term that they have defined as 4 years or less. It is their position that all parts wear out from use and age. Their receipts fade out in days if left in your car and the database system at the corporate office scrubs customer history of anything older than 4 years old. Your local store retains records for 2 years until it is lost during System Upgrades. You only have a warranty is you can prove it in court

PROrders never ready for pick up I just give one star because they never have the orders ready at the time I arrived for pick up in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico Store. I don’t know if the same happen in other locations but it is very irresponsible from the manager of the store permitting this to happen all the time. Hope the main offices take part and solve this.
