I love the employees at the Advance… I love the employees at the Advance Auto Parts on Nicholasville Rd- Lexington. Every time I go in they've been extremely helpful - whether sharing practical car tips or replacing windshield wipers, batteries, or just helping me find what I need. Today was no exception, Stacy, solved my car battery problem by installing shims to both of my terminals -for free! I know where to go when I need help or car parts! Great Job and thanks again so much!

Orders never ready for pick up I just give one star because they never have the orders ready at the time I arrived for pick up in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico Store. I don’t know if the same happen in other locations but it is very irresponsible from the manager of the store permitting this to happen all the time. Hope the main offices take part and solve this.

On several occasions the advance auto… On several occasions the advance auto parts from ponce in obispado street,failed to honor me there special prices and charged me the regular price.Called them and they told me it was my fault because it has happened before.Clearly you cannot trust this company and have to double check your transactions, and be aware in the way they are going to treat you.

Earlier today I stopped by my local… Earlier today I stopped by my local Advance Auto in Asheboro, NC store #04430 and purchased 6 qts (5 qts and 1 qt) of Castrol synt motor oil and a Motorcraft FL820s filter. These same items from Walmart cost $19.16 or 37% less. I expected to pay a slightly higher price at Advance Auto but never 37% higher. When I reached out to their customer service I was told Advance Auto will price match but only if you purchase online. I've purchased my last item from Advance Auto hopefully anyone reading this will think twice about purchasing from Advance Auto. Advance Auto is price gouging their customers.
