GB7 or 8 times my car has been at this… 7 or 8 times my car has been at this same shop.it cost me everytime.and problem is always in the transmission that we have paid for over and over again .my car has been broken into.same shop.we had to replace new window, out of our pocket.now the car is back at your shop.once again ,cost me $1375.00😵

GBGreat Honest Company!!! My experience with Cottman is my best EVER with a repair shop. Susan was great about letting me know what was happening and despite some changes to the work that needed to be done, they still had it completed exactly when she said it would be. The honesty, and not doing work that was quoted but eventually not needed will make me return here whenever I need work done on my car! Thanks Cottman for making my rough week better!!

GBThis place sucks!!!! My car broke down Tuesday. Called Cottmans Wednesday and was told they could not have it towed until Thursday. My car sat on their lot all day Thursday and Friday!! I called at 5 Friday and was told it would be Monday before they could look at my car. Website says they are open Saturdays, Susan, the manager, said she was not going to have her guys come in on Saturday. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. I called Precision Auto Tune. They are towing it and fixing it Saturday.
