Very bad experience Very bad experience, very polite and good service to rent the car then after i returned the car in same conditions,i received a call that the radio on the nissan versa was broken,now i see all the bad reviews,wouldn't recommend

TERRIBLE !! STAY FAR AWAY !! We were forced into accepting additional insurance, so our invoice was more than doubled over the initial reservation (550 $ instead of 240 $). After retouring the car, we had to pay additional 70 $, as they said we were not in time (we returned the car at 3 pm, and they said that the return time has to be 8 am, even if we agreed 6 pm in our reservation, which has been confirmed!!). We were threatened to pay the 70 $, it was horrible!! Stay far away from SIGNATURE rent a car in MIAMI !!

Owned and operated my mega-crooks This company is crookery at its worst. First, it took them an hour to pick us up from the airport, instead on 15-20 minutes they promised. Second, 2 hours past our reservation time they cancelled our Expedia reservation and offered a new rate, almost twice as high. Then, they included the whole bunch of hidden costs, like airport tax(what airport, they are miles away from the airport), vehicle license fee(car in Florida had Pennsylvania license plate), etc. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

A bunch of jokers It was probably the worst car rental experience i ever had Apart from staff being completely incompetent - when we picked up the car, we were given a car that broke down mid way during our vacation. I called their call centre and asked for help. I had taken all the extra insurances. Car breakdowns happen. What i didnt expect to happen was the complete lack of assistance, incompetence and nonprofessional. It was a long complicated story- I ended up doing all the work in sorting out the broken down car, I would recommend you to never use these guys !!!

Total Rip off Do not use this company, dishonest business practices, hard sell on insurance, rude employees. I have used several companies in the past over the years and never come across such a band of dishonest people. I watched in horror as family after family would come to the counter and get rip off and say the same statement. ..l will never rent from this company and never come back to Central Florida again. Someone from State of Florida Travel Council, needs to investigate this company. It is giving bad name to tourism in central Florida. ..Walt Disney...Hello........
