tire with slow leak. The first car had a tire with a slow leak, I had to fill the tire with air every hundred miles. When I notified them they told me I would have to drive the hour back to switch cars. I did so and they acted like they were doing me a big favor and were not apologetic at all, even questioning weather I was telling the truth or not. When I returned the car, I paid for early drop off(7:00AM). there was no one there, the office was closed, and we almost had no shuttle to the airport.

If you have good vehicle insurance and one prepared this place is a bargain! I got my car through Just Fly and the day before leaving checked the reviews! I got ridiculously scared! Tons of reviews and only one star. I called the night before renting and expressed my concern. They told me as along as my insurance covered rental cars (which it does) and was stated on the declaration page I would be fine! It was a easy as that! I actually couldn't get my declaration page because of the weekend BUT I brought the documentation needed to show my coverage and it was super easy! In addition, Jose C. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped add in a major upgrade for me! This is a deal folks if you have good insurance! Also use a major credit card! If you are lucky like we were you will happen to get in Jose C.'s line!

Impressed! Couldn't have asked for better service and staff. The shuttle driver, Frank, was wonderful and really made the car ride enjoyable, it was a highlight of my vacation. It's a brand new facility with fully paved parking with lots of security. I will definitely be back, especially for the $2.89 special. Highly recommended!

Owned and operated my mega-crooks This company is crookery at its worst. First, it took them an hour to pick us up from the airport, instead on 15-20 minutes they promised. Second, 2 hours past our reservation time they cancelled our Expedia reservation and offered a new rate, almost twice as high. Then, they included the whole bunch of hidden costs, like airport tax(what airport, they are miles away from the airport), vehicle license fee(car in Florida had Pennsylvania license plate), etc. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

A bunch of jokers It was probably the worst car rental experience i ever had Apart from staff being completely incompetent - when we picked up the car, we were given a car that broke down mid way during our vacation. I called their call centre and asked for help. I had taken all the extra insurances. Car breakdowns happen. What i didnt expect to happen was the complete lack of assistance, incompetence and nonprofessional. It was a long complicated story- I ended up doing all the work in sorting out the broken down car, I would recommend you to never use these guys !!!
