Poor customer service I purchased a $50.00 Dollar gift certificate for my Grandson. He lost / misplaced / destroyed it! I contacted "denniskirk" customer service, and they were happy to replace it, BUT it never came. They told me on three occasions that it was E-mailed to me. hey had the correct address, and I interrogated my computer history, but Nothing! Our club will not buy from them again. I could understand if they just refused to replace the certificate, but can not accept deceit.

Thrown back in a box which when I received one end of the bar was sticking out of the box, tape all over the handle bar and missing hardware Called customer service Kassondra Sweeney which had an attitude like if their poor customer service and crappy packaging and service was my fault. Not even an apology. I should have read the reviews before giving them my business. Live and learn

Truly the most unprofessional company… Truly the most unprofessional company i've ever dealt with. Not only did the send me the wrong part for my BMW moto, the part what i originally bought they don't even actually carry. Customer service was less than professional at handling my issue. I would not recommend dealing with Dennis Kirk.

Ordered cable set at 20% off Ordered cable set at 20% off, received wrong one, re ordered correct one (same exact retail price) so i could use box from original order, sent back original order was credited less than i paid, but was charge full retail for the replacement, called and was told too bad. There are way more accommodating places to buy moto parts from...they don't care about you here... women on the phone is just nasty....
