GBWorst customer service. First, in 2020 I bought two amps.with extra warranties for 2 years, on 2021 they get smoked, so I asked Wolfram to send me the RMA # to send them for fix. (to: The Amp Lab, in Fairfield, Maine.) I paid the shipping, and finally they fixed. Last year I bought another one, but Last February 2022 one of those they have fixed it smoked again. 45 days ago I have been tried to contact Wolfram by e-mail, on Facebook, by phone, but the 2 phone numbers I have are disconnected, gues maybe they went out of business, if so I'm pretty sure Down4Sound and JP know Wolfram is out of business, wouldn't be better if they tell us the truth, what is going on, be honest with the customers, unexpected things happen but not "beat around the bush" Also I messaged JP on Instagram, (he never answer me back) sent a message to: Down4Sound page too, called Down4sound like 3 times, to get support from them and they just told me: they are so busy, "you need to be patient" I contacted: Colin Buckeye (used to be like a Wolfram Key principal, but he's no more working there) through a message and he gave me the name of Tim and his phone # so until the 2nd time I called him he call me back and gave me the RMA link, and still waiting for Wolfram response, I'm pretty sure I won't ever gonna receive it. Don't waste your money and your time in here, look for a well established company, like: Sonic Electronix, Online Car Stereo, Crutchfield, etc.

GBPlease rethink your purchase from here. His return or may I say replace policy is terrible. Only plan of replacing a faulty amp 1 time any other time he will talk down to you as if you're a child and you're stuck with a paper weight. The first amp was faulty and the second lasted 4 days. All electrical was up to par and it wasn't user error so no one can blame it on that. He just let go two of his best employees. One was his enclosure builder. Now no one else is building enclosures for him and if so no where near as great as the original. The second was in charge of packaging, shipping and delivery. I normally don't do reviews but the people must know. He got greedy what happens when you get greedy you lose it all. OH and who charges 25$ for his signature that when he's not there to sign it someone else does...

GBI bought everything to out to a system… I bought everything to out to a system together in my truck got everything in time just when i was about to keep the original factory speakers of my truck, my music shop owner advise to purchase this Avatar MBR-65 /6.5 mid range speakers for better sound. I purchased then before installing the system in my truck on June ,21st 2021 i started to continue to check my package through UPS with their tracking number and they kept saying to check tomorrow for Updates on the tracking.so I’ve waited until today June, 29th 2021 no updates package still not receive i tried calling no luck i decided to sent them messages through a portal and they responded saying that they notified me of the June 22, 2021 that those speakers were discontinued i argue that i have not receive any emails what so ever and that i keep a close monitoring on my emails since i just retired From the Army we do most of business paper work wise through emails. This lady name BRANDICE WAS VERY RUDE!!! I offer to pick up some other speaker for a difference in hopes that they help me with the cost since I've been waiting for this discontinued speakers. The entire time she was messaging me back and forth not wanting to hear me out saying that they notified me accusing me lime i was lying, so i decide to call them which i did gave them a call some other lady answer was very nice stated that they will provide me with a tracking number for a new order i wanted in a matter of a few days at no cost or anything. I hung up and this Brandice call me back been very abusive saying THAT THEY WILL NOT COVER ANY LOSSES because this was not their fault that i have to pay a $100 dollars plus tax difference , because the lady that i spoke to before is new and is training and this is her fault she didn't inform me. She was the entire time been very rude about additional charges. i just spent sadly a great amount of money with this shop! If i only new that they were not professional to their customers and or polite or had customer service skills i would have taken my business some where else with CT SOUNDS, ALPHARDAUDIO ETCC. This BRANDICE said she was the manager when i ask for one and refuse to further assist me so i ask for a refund she did not care or was concern at all she just want it her money!!!!

GBThis company sales faulty equipment This company sales faulty equipment. I ordered a amp for my son for Christmas and it didn't work. We contacted customer support and got the run around. We didn't ask for a refund we asked for a replacement and was told that we have to send it to the company that made the amp. In other words they don't care about customer satisfaction it's not their problem.

GBAgree with the rest, they don't care about customers! Man, I'm glad I started off light, I planned on purchasing 90% of my system through them. That's not going to happen now. I purcahsed 38 sqft of the 3 in 1 240 mil deadner sheets and 19 of the 23 sheets have the adheasive missing from the 1/8" to 1/2" from the end. This must be cut off and can't be used. I contacted support, sent pictures, they assured me that they have sold "10's of thousands of sheets of them" and this is the first time they are hearing of this. Yeah.. right. So, I go back and forth through their ticket system and was told they were going to send out replacements on Jan 25th, 2023. I asked for an update on Feb 17th and on the 20th, they are asking if I still have the bad sheets. Which, of course I do, I stopped the build till this could get fixed. It appears on the 25th, they were jus trying to get me to go away. It appears they have no intention of replacing the bad sheets. Their communication is the worst, I'll not be purchasing anything from D4S again.
