GBBeware! If you're wondering if you should give down4sound a try regarding their in house amps, listen to me, DON'T!! A few months ago, I was debating getting their JP 234, four channel amp, and finally took the chance on em.... That was 3 months ago. The amp got installed about 3 weeks after purchasing, and a few days ago, started making so much noise/static, it's unusable! Although I paid extra for a 2 year warranty, I have been told I will have to pay for the repair and shipping both ways to their repair ship in Florida!! These folks are Class A Con Artists!! Stay away!!

GBterrible customer service / slow shipping I bought a sub woofer with built in amp. It took over 3 weeks to get the unit. By then I already bought a better unit from "Crushfield" and had it installed,. They take forever to send the unit. Very slow shipping and order fulfillment. I never opened the box and wanted to return the unit. They took 2 weeks to finally agree to take the unit back. I still have not received my refund. I am calling my credit card company to do a charge back.. they suck use Crushfield.

GBI did leave a good review that was a mistake I did leave a good review and then my friend showed me his 1/0 gage wire. Mine is mostly rubber and I paid for ofc tend. his is way bigger actual ofc wire🤔 It's sickening spending the money and thinking I got good high put wire... They let me down i wish it would let me post a pic of the difference

GBPurchased a skar rp2000.1D when it… Purchased a skar rp2000.1D when it arrived didn't work right out of box. Contacted D4S to return and was told they would not replace it but instead they would ship it to skar for possible warranty. So now I have no amp and the money I spent is in limbo indefinitely. Will never deal with this place again regret doing it in the first place. BUYERS BEWARE.

GBCustomer service non existent watch out Customer service non existent I guess they make enough doe they don't give a chit! Canceledan order and switch amps was told expect refund 2 to 3 biz days. Fair enough. It now been 10 they don't answer the phone when they do they say we tried to refund your card wont except it. Excuse me that's complete bull. So contested the charge with my credit card. Sure hope their equipment is better than their service. I'm having my doughts now
