GBUnknown Order Delivery Date I ordered 6 products, two arrived, the other 4 items I cannot get a ship date, or any information after multiple e-mails, phone calls, and chats. The website shows order/delivery complete. Morris 4x4 response was to email order number - I already have, now three emails sent , one phone call and one online chat - all with the order number provided....no response,,,,I tried to cancel, no response. 10 days after the order is placed and paid for $400 worth of product with no idea if I will ever receive it.

GBWaited patiently for my item to ship. Waited patiently for my item to ship.. of course they immediately took my money. 3 weeks, arrival date and I get an email with a refund credit but no explanation. Can’t check it because website is down!!!

GBAbsolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I placed an order for a carburetor on 6/26 that according to their website was in stock and shipping the next day. I never received any kind of email with receipt or shipping info. Payment was cleared and paid through PayPal. I have sent several emails with no reply back. No one answers the toll fee number and now the website is down. A week has passed with no shipping info or part. Starting to feel like this is now a fraudulent site. I have bought from them before and have never had issues. Buyers beware of this site.

GB'F' rating from BBB Horrible company. Too much to list but basically, they have my $196 and I have nothing. I'll have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charge for a refund. Wish I had checked them out first. The Better Business Bureau rates them an F. Please don't repeat my mistake! Check them on BBB before buying anything from these crooks.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a trektop nx for my jl wrangler was told it was in stock ready to ship. They IMMEDIATELY charged my card the $1001.64 THEN the next day I get an E mail the product was out of stock! BUT It seems this is all NORMAL behavior for this company if you read the other reviews like I should have but did not. Non existent customer service AND the website is conveniently down. Once they have your money they disappear...No one will answer the phone or even reply to E mails. So I as others have done resorted to calling my card company to report fraud and wait for them to sort it out. No wonder the better business bureau has given them an F rating!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
