Had to contact Morris 4x4 three… Had to contact Morris 4x4 three seperate times when shipping date came and passed. Company has not reached out a single time when the order continues to be delayed. I have had to make contact each time. Currently waiting on my 4th updated ship by date because this company misleads about their stock on hand. Two thumbs down 👎 👎

Wide range of Jeep parts, competent staff I give 5. I appreciate wide range of parts for the Jeep, quick response to orders and the ability to ship parts outside the US. In my case to Europe. Excellent. The delivered parts fit and meet the required parameters. Especially the Skyjaker hydro shock absorbers met my expectations. The shock absorbers are softer and more suitable for off road driving.

Morris 4x4 is a great parts supplier! I've purchased quite a few parts from Morris 4x4 Center, and I've been extremely happy with each purchase. (And that's why I keep using them!) They generally have what I need in stock, and my purchases arrive earlier than scheduled and very well packaged. I appreciate their attention to detail and I highly recommend them for your Jeep parts.

Poor Customer Service Placed an order for a steering stabilizer. Waited for a week with no shipping confirmation. Contacted them to cancel the order. 4 business days after the cancellation, the order shipped. When I requested to return the item, I had to pay a $15 return shipping fee. This is very poor customer service and completely unacceptable. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
