GBHad to contact Morris 4x4 three… Had to contact Morris 4x4 three seperate times when shipping date came and passed. Company has not reached out a single time when the order continues to be delayed. I have had to make contact each time. Currently waiting on my 4th updated ship by date because this company misleads about their stock on hand. Two thumbs down 👎 👎

GBOrders and customer service After having a breakdown, I called to submit an order to have it overnighted to me. After being promised that no problem it'll be on its way you'll get the tracking number soon. I never received the tracking numbers.. The website says they're open till 7:00 p.m. eastern time, I tried calling several times between 4:00 and 7:00 in the voicemail says they were closed. I called on Monday and spoke to another customer service rep who said oh no problem they would be shipped out tomorrow and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, the parts were not shipped and the supervisor never called. So, I have now canceled the order in order from someone else and vow to never ever deal with Morris 4x4 again.

GBProviding dependable and great service for years Morris 4x4 has taken care of providing jeep parts for my family jeeps since my kids were in elementary school. Now that they are in college and the army, I still trust morris 4x4 to provide great parts and service for my wife's lifted cherokee. I ordered the same shackles now that I used 10 years ago and they fit perfectly, just like than.

GBWrong part first then Bad part second.This company sent me the wrong part the… This company sent me the wrong part the first time after double and triple checking with them on the specs. of the truck and sent me bad misaligned forged parts that wouldn’t even fit on my truck because of poor quality control issues never being addressed at time of production which cost me to spend twice as much on parts and labor to get the job done right which amounted to over $500 in cost. Do not do business with Morris 4x4 ever, I learned my lesson the hard way .

GBterrible customer service and returns Called for rear pinion yoke and the rep found the correct one. They shipped the wrong one (different #) so I sent it back. Weeks later I still get the same 2 to 4 business days till the next thing happens. They even said the return rules changed the day they received the item back. They keep piling the stuff. They are a 3rd party seller that has very poor customer service. I've been in this business over 50 years and they are in the bottom 1%. do not deal with this company!
