The reservation department sucked.They… The reservation department sucked.They didn't get it right and in the end they charged my card more than it was quoted.I emailed them but no response. The driver was great. I would not recommend this company at all.

They were difficult to communicate with… They were difficult to communicate with and acted as though I was bothering them by asking for confirmation (which never came). They were also BY FAR the most expensive charter rental in the area. Keep looking and avoid Prompt charter

I would give five stars, but... I would give five stars, but it was difficult to get a response when we were inquiring about the service. We had to give a credit card with the contract - THEN - they said they would check availability (I thought the contract and credit card were securing the service). The other thing is the cost was very high, but by the point we found out that they did have availability, we were running out of time.

Not responsive Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

Looking for 5 stars quality service-You just found it! As an organization, I have been working with Prompt Charters for 6 years and I don't have no complaints about their service. I don't encourage you to do it , but the manager was able to accommodate my last minute requests in a heartbeat or replying to my emails even on weekends. I am more than satisfied with their service, but also impressed! I would recommend you to contact them with no hesitation. John SHAJI is very professional and the BEST!
