GBThe worst customer service and 1000$ Up charge I tried booking by calling, they told me to send an email in because it’s quicker. I sent 3 emails before calling back and then telling me the same thing. I then tell them I’ve sent many emails already with no reply. They find my name finally and give me a quote for 1600$. I tell them I’d like to move forward. The bill they send me says almost 2600$! Even though it’s about 1000$ more expensive than told, I bite the bullet anyways and send my payment info to them. This was 5-6 days ago mins you. I emailed them about 5 times since looking for some kind of confirmation or receipt to no reply once again. These are the laziest, least helpful people and I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your transportation needs. These people clearly can’t handle what little customer service is expected.

GBLooks elsewhere Overall: - Communication was poor - Lack of transparency is pricing made it difficult to know what I was being charged - Driver was nice and professional Customer service was abysmal. They are slow to respond to requests via email, and aren't able to give clear information via phone. When I was finally provided a quote, I was given no information on how to secure the reservation. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I finally received a response and was told the vehicle I received the quote for wasn't even available. After additional back and forth, I received a new quote for something they had in stock, but after confirming the details a few days later, was provided a different amount. I repeatedly asked for images of the vehicle I had secured and the contact information for the driver which was never provided. The driver was nice, so that was a positive, but the rest of the experience was bad.

GBI would give five stars, but... I would give five stars, but it was difficult to get a response when we were inquiring about the service. We had to give a credit card with the contract - THEN - they said they would check availability (I thought the contract and credit card were securing the service). The other thing is the cost was very high, but by the point we found out that they did have availability, we were running out of time.

GBNot responsive Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

GBInitial quote then can't get a hold of anyone! I got the initial review but can't get a hold of anyone email or phone? I've emailed twice and called 3 times to the northern california line- It makes you nervous to book transportation for a wedding if you can never get a hold of anyone! It's like a ghost company. But somehow I keep getting auto emails to review the service! So here you go
