GBVolvo xc70 I ordered pipes for my Volvo, 2006 xc70, I got the pipes and muffler, but they were all dented and damaged. I need to fix my car so I’m going to keep them but I will never order from you or recommend this website to anyone else. Thanks

GBNot sure what car this muffler is for but it’s not mine The muffler is shorter and a LOT narrower than the part it replaces. As a result I was unable to use the hanger on one side. As I’ve read from others, a bunch of parts that look like they “might fit” do not work on my car. Run from this place.

GBWrong Parts Delivered I bought a full muffler system for a 2008 Toyota Yaris. I carefully selected make and model, etc.. but the part that goes to the manifold doesn't fit my car. The box it came in was in pretty rough shape and there were dents in the catalytic converter as well as muffler. I don't usually was write bad reviews but this one seemed worthy. I have not even reached out to their customer service yet because what I've read online seems like a nightmare. Also trying to put this dented system back in this large tattered box seems almost impossible. I fortunately know someone who can customize these parts to fit. Buyer beware for a stressful event.

GBI briefly read the reviews for UPSW and… I briefly read the reviews for UPSW and thought they were ok. I did notice that one customer wasn't happy because of poor packaging. When I received my replacement exhaust system it was damaged with dents and gouges. It was pretty bad that the muffler I removed after 120,000 miles was in better shape then the new one from UPSW. Their excuse was "we pack them loosely and some damage is typical." Another line was "The damage is cosmetic and won't impact its function." They did offer to replace it, but I didn’t have a month to wait. I also wasn't confident the replacement would be in any better shape. I will not order from them again and recommend others find a different source for replacement exhaust parts. The company response to my review was correct. I did suggest a partial return to save us both shipping costs. After seeing some other reviews I figured it was best to just cut my losses and not order from them again. The low rating was based on my negative experience with poor customer service and email responses after receiving damaged parts. Please take a look at their reviews on Google. Much different then this rating. .

GBDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS… DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE UNDER UPSW AUTO PARTS, COLT EXHAUST AND CUTTER INDUSTRIES. THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM. THEY ALWAYS WANT YOU TO EMAIL THEM. THEY ARENT BBB ACCREDITED, MORE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. I ORDERED AN EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR MY 2012 NISSAN SENTRA. I NEEDED THEM TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS FROM MY MECHANIC TO MY ADDRESS BECAUSE MY MECHANIC HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN AND WOULD NOT BE THERE TO SIGN FOR IT. I SPOKE TO TWO REPRESENTATIVES AND A MANAGER NAMED THERESA. THEY WILL YELL, OVER TALK YOU AND EVEN HANG UP LIKE THERESA DID TWICE. I SPOKE TO 3 FEDEX REPRESENTATIVES AND THEY STATED UPSW WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS SINCE THEY ARE THE SENDER. UPSW REPRESENTATIVE LIED ABOUT CALLING FEDEX. I TOLD THERESA WHEN I CALLED BACK TODAY THAT I DONT WANT THE PART AND HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK AND THAT I HAVE THE FEDEX TRACKING. SHE BEGIN TALKING UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUD. I ADVISED HER THERE WILL BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN IF THIS WILL NOT BE RESOLVED. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!! SHE STATED THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. ITS BEST TO PAY A LITTLE MORE THAN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY.
