GBEither ignorant or inept. I called on Tuesday morning to ask how long it would take to receive a 99 Honda CRV exhaust kit. I was told if I ordered before noon, it would ship out that same day, and I would get it Thursday, Friday at the latest. Because of this, I place my order instead of picking one up in town. I place my order, then I call back the order support and ensure that it is going to be sent out that Tuesday. I'm told 'yep! there is a note here that says to make sure it gets out today!' Come Thursday, I am asking for the tracking info, and they tell me they just shipped it out that morning, the day they initially said I'd receive it.

GBHell No! There were no confirmation numbers sent to my email. There were no notifications of shipping. The catalytic converter was thrown into a box with the various parts that it needs including the gasket and then just stapled shut. No time was spent even thinking about putting packaging in the box with the various parts so that they might not be damaged in shipping. And some of them were. Especially the gasket

GBWas not direct fit part like stated Was not direct fit part like stated. Requires cutting and an additional adaptor. Have not installed the part yet because of this.

GBFalse advertisement on 08/29/22 I bought from UPSW Auto Parts so called 2011 "Subaru Forester X 2.5L Stainless Steel Resonator Muffler Exhaust System Kit", order # U-21548. While working on my car's brakes recently, I found all parts badly rusty (for being made of stainless steel). Sent pictures and a complaint to customer service. and there is a response I got back: Hi Thank you for your email and sorry for the inconvenience. All steel can be rusted, it's normal. This part is still under warranty. The warranty only covers If the part has a hole, rattling noise, etc and we can provide a REPLACEMENT. Rust is not covered under the warranty. Thanks you, ANA I've been in the manufacturing business for 40 years and know for sure the difference between carbon and stainless steels.

GBDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS… DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE UNDER UPSW AUTO PARTS, COLT EXHAUST AND CUTTER INDUSTRIES. THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM. THEY ALWAYS WANT YOU TO EMAIL THEM. THEY ARENT BBB ACCREDITED, MORE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. I ORDERED AN EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR MY 2012 NISSAN SENTRA. I NEEDED THEM TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS FROM MY MECHANIC TO MY ADDRESS BECAUSE MY MECHANIC HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN AND WOULD NOT BE THERE TO SIGN FOR IT. I SPOKE TO TWO REPRESENTATIVES AND A MANAGER NAMED THERESA. THEY WILL YELL, OVER TALK YOU AND EVEN HANG UP LIKE THERESA DID TWICE. I SPOKE TO 3 FEDEX REPRESENTATIVES AND THEY STATED UPSW WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS SINCE THEY ARE THE SENDER. UPSW REPRESENTATIVE LIED ABOUT CALLING FEDEX. I TOLD THERESA WHEN I CALLED BACK TODAY THAT I DONT WANT THE PART AND HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK AND THAT I HAVE THE FEDEX TRACKING. SHE BEGIN TALKING UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUD. I ADVISED HER THERE WILL BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN IF THIS WILL NOT BE RESOLVED. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!! SHE STATED THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. ITS BEST TO PAY A LITTLE MORE THAN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY.
