Worst Experiance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I had ordered Wheel Spacers for my husbands BMW as a Christmas present December 4, 2014. I did not receive the order until January 10, 2015. It took them over a month to ship the order. When it finally arrived, my husband opened the boxes only to find out that the Spacers Came with the wrong size bolt. The bolts wouldn't even screw halway in to the wheel spacer. When I inquired about them sending me the right part (extended Bolts) no response. Order literally took over a month. I am beyond upset that I paid $294 for them and I didn't even get what I wanted. I have made countless attempts to have them send me the correct Bolts but I'm finally giving up because they do not care. They have their money and that is all that matters! I'm finally convinced at this point that Ilovebodykits.com is operating a fraudulent and dishonest business. I will never ever do business with this company again, and I want to warn everyone and anyone who is thinking about making a purchase from this business. Stay away. Use EBay or Amazon! Save yourself the time and frustration.

ordering parts by year make and model ...wrong parts sent consumers fault? company sent wrong item ...they want me to pay for shipping back at my cost and wont see a full refund as they like to charge and extra fee which is a restocking fee of 30 % for an item they have on their website incorrectly listed dont buy from this company go to bbb.org their rating is an F.

thanks Ilovebodykits, I will bring more business to you guys! I have purchased my Tiburon body kits from ilovebodykits, I ve received my parts in about less than 2 weeks after its ordered. The kit came in good condition however there was some fitting issue but Henry from the tech department has guided me through, even spoke with the bodyshop and gave them valuable info with the install. Since the shop never done any fiberglass kit installation before, Henry actually gave them the detail on each installation step and what to expect. I got my car back from the shop after 3 weeks and it looks awesome. Thanks to Henry and other working staffs. I am not sure how other negative feedbacks came from. I was referred by racing team from my area that they have bought multiple parts from Ilovebodykits and they are all happy with the parts and service. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely shop again if I need anything else for my or my girlfriend's car.

quick, easy, and no complaints Last Friday I placed an order for some Spec-D tuning headlights for 2003 Jetta. I was so excited when i found that there was a sale "free Shipping" so i immediately placed my order, after i decided to do some research on this company and in doing so I was terrified from what seemed like nothing but bad reviews. I thereafter called my bank to cancel the order but it was too late the money was taken out. So i decided to give this business the benefit of the doubt and i Can honestly say i am very glad i did. my new headlights are great and i am extremely satisfied.. Overall a solid product making me happy i gave them a chance. My only concern was that my order form did not contain a tracking number.
