Still cannot get my plate, is there a manager to take responsibility? Horrible experience! I bought a car from them one and a half months ago and paid $95 for letting them do the registration. Until now I still haven't got the plate. I tried to call them more than 10 times and they could never identify or solve the problem! Every time they told me that they were going to call me back, and they never did that. The so-called "manager" promised to call me back, then disappeared and I could never get back to him again. Instead, some random people started to promise on "working on this issue", but never got anything done. Desperately I went to the DMV myself, and was told that the information of my car is not in the database, meaning that Sunrise Motors never actually did the registration! Mr or Mrs manager of Sunrise Motors, if you see this message, please start to take responsibility and look into it! I am the man from New Haven, Connecticut and I bought the BMW X3 in March 30th. You can easily find my information. Please work on this!

Great Experience!!! I purchased a Camry from Sunrise motor on rt46 south Hackensack NJ. The most wonderful staff . I made my appointment with Tara ext 110. All around great experience from beginning to end. If ever in the market for car i will definitely be coming back. Sunrise cars were very accommodating… Sunrise cars were very accommodating when they opened on the weekend so I could view a Mitsubishi Delica D5 I had my eye on. Hassle free and Phil was friendly and helpful. Certainly recommend Sunrise Cars if you are looking for a special japanese vehicle.
