Still cannot get my plate, is there a manager to take responsibility? Horrible experience! I bought a car from them one and a half months ago and paid $95 for letting them do the registration. Until now I still haven't got the plate. I tried to call them more than 10 times and they could never identify or solve the problem! Every time they told me that they were going to call me back, and they never did that. The so-called "manager" promised to call me back, then disappeared and I could never get back to him again. Instead, some random people started to promise on "working on this issue", but never got anything done. Desperately I went to the DMV myself, and was told that the information of my car is not in the database, meaning that Sunrise Motors never actually did the registration! Mr or Mrs manager of Sunrise Motors, if you see this message, please start to take responsibility and look into it! I am the man from New Haven, Connecticut and I bought the BMW X3 in March 30th. You can easily find my information. Please work on this!

Great selection!!!! My experience may have been different than most because we worked for over 3 months to find the exact car I wanted.. Communication between all the girls in the office was fabulous.. The car arrived a few days later than expected, but everything was great.. Unbelievable car & service.. I recommend them all the time!!

Best place to buy a car Bought a mercedes cclass Finance process went smooth, walked out with the car on the same day.. The young customer service lady known as Juleisi help me with all the information i requested, gave me directions to the facility and followed up with me even after i bought the car.. Not to mention that i got my plates on time as well.. Wonderful place

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SUNRISE MOTORS THEY R LIARS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET PLATES OR A REG FOR YOUR CAR AND IF YOU TRADE A CAR IN AND OWE MONEY ON IT IT WILL NOT GET PAID OFF THE OWNER SAM IS A LIAR AND HIS CONSULTANT/GENERAL MANGER JOE IS USE LESS AND HAS NO CLUE ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NO PLATES
