GBTerrible customer service! Terrible customer service!! Can’t believe how bad this company is. Ordered 16 items that all said “In stock ships immediately”. They immediately charged my card and put everything on back order . It has been over 2 months and still have not received all my order and can’t get any customer service or get it canceled and my credit card charged back.

GBgreat experience great experience. I didn't know much about wheels and tires for my new truck and there local store people were very nice and explained to me how the fitments and sizes worked and they got everything installed in 1 day

GBSpend your money elsewhere Ordered an ARB summit bumper for my truck. Tried contacting them about the amount of damage the bumper showed up with, but there is no answer to emails or phone calls. Hours on hold and no answer on the other end. The damage was concealed prior to shipment by 4wp. The outer packaging arrived in tact from the shipper and large metal gouges were discovered after removing the outer wrapping.

GBI wish I would have read these reviews… I wish I would have read these reviews before dealing with this company. Good luck getting anyone from customer service to help. Still waiting on a refund for a product I never received and was returned back to their warehouse over two weeks ago. Finally got a customer service rep on the phone today and asked about the status of my refund and I quote "I do not have any information at this time, you should get an email soon" Purchase what ever it is you are looking at from literally anywhere else!!

CAHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Products don't clearly indicate whether or not they're in stock and once ordered there's no functionality to cancel your order. The only way is to way on the phone for 2 hours waiting to talk to someone. The customer service number for the Canadian website doesn't work, had to use the phone number listed on their Facebook page.
