The absolute WORST customer service The absolute WORST customer service. Their little man said things to me over the phone I can't even repeat here, but let's just say he wouldn't DARE say these things to my face. That's right - a "professional" company sent the WRONG engine I needed and argued with my mechanic that they sent the right one. Then, they took forever to finally pick up their WRONG engine (without any notice), then they only refunded LESS than HALF what was owed. COMPLETE FRAUDS....

ZERO!! ZERO!!! SCAMMERS!!!! This company false advertises engines & Transmissions that a junk. They use multiple company names such as, Engine & Transmission World (& Team), Jasper, SW Engines, Quality Used Engines & Transmission(& also Team), Gear Head Engines, Engine Shopper LLC, and many more! They send bad engine (RUSTED, hydrocarbon issues), don't refund for core, IF you get a 2nd engine They don't pay for the labor to have their bad engine replaced! They claimed I never did the warranty although I called them several times a day (hang ups, transfer to, no one answers) for 6 months now. I WONT STOP! It's all a SCAM & THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!! SUBMITTED request for GOOGLE to Shut Down their pages!!! Read the reviews and you will find the links. People are getting ripped off everywhere. Multiple lawsuits and I'm working with the DA. I am out of words to explain the… I am out of words to explain the frustration of working with this company. Today alone I have been attempting to get in contact with the warranty department for over 5 hours (longest hold time 1 hours, 23 minutes!) Not only have I been on hold for the majority of that time but when I do reach someone, they can't help and those who can are busy. Never have I gotten a call back or an email from anyone. First engine has timing chain issues right from the beginning. Anyone with a little bit of experience could have diagnosed this issue before shipping or at least know that the clucking noise when turning over isn't normal. Sad thing is I ordered several engines with them, and I just now know how difficult it is going to be to do anything warranty related.

Do Not buy an engine fron this comoany Check out the video about Quality Used Engines on YouTube. Do not buy an engine from this company. I have not received the engine and they have already canceled the warranty. The Wisconsin Consumer Complaints Department has had over 400 complaints about this company. The address on their web site is vacant.

Unprofessional Unprofessional, won't return calls. Customer service person, Prexy, juggles phones and says "looking in to" or "haven't had time to reply" and then does not respond. Anyone on this site have a suggestion or legal remedy. They sent a engine that was broken, leaking oil. Out the $1100 for engine and $1800 for repair shop to put in this broken engine. Also, name changed from Quality Engines to SW Engines in the 3 months in dealing with them.
