Then they took the motor back without giving me a proper refund or replacement. So now they have my money and the motor. Buyer, Beware. Absolutely the worst online purchasing experience. Slow to ship, no follow up. Hidden conditions. Like pulling teeth to get your core deposit refunded and then you'll only get 25% back. And just so you are aware, the is no qualityusedengines they're a front for a company called SWengines. They threatened to void my warranty if I complained to my credit card company so...no warranty, I guess. Never again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I am out of words to explain the… I am out of words to explain the frustration of working with this company. Today alone I have been attempting to get in contact with the warranty department for over 5 hours (longest hold time 1 hours, 23 minutes!) Not only have I been on hold for the majority of that time but when I do reach someone, they can't help and those who can are busy. Never have I gotten a call back or an email from anyone. First engine has timing chain issues right from the beginning. Anyone with a little bit of experience could have diagnosed this issue before shipping or at least know that the clucking noise when turning over isn't normal. Sad thing is I ordered several engines with them, and I just now know how difficult it is going to be to do anything warranty related.

Biggest pile of junk engine I ever… Biggest pile of junk engine I ever bought was told it was a 66k mile 3.5L Ford engine that was a joke more like a 266k mile engine, oil was dripping from the intake so if you know anything about engines that means blow by which it is oil passing by the piston rings . I was lucky filed a claim on my credit card and got my money back. DO NOT buy from this junk yard they will rip you off if they can! I must have gotten lucky cuz I got a engine for a 2009 Lincoln MKS and it purrs like a new engine.... Idk much about engine but I know the one I got runs beautifully
