DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Quality Used… DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Quality Used Engines. Quality doesn't even come close to describing the junk they shipped me. I received the engine with a visibly broken intake manifold. Mechanic removed the manifold to find metal chunks in 3 cylinders. After 3 weeks of back and forth with them, they finally sent a "replacement" engine. The 2nd one showed up looking like a completely rusted chunk of bare identifiable piece of metal. I finally got them to pick up the engine 4 weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Customer service is Rep yelled at me for asking where my refund is!!!

Stay Away from these Scammers!!!! I bought a 60k Mile engine for a Ford Flex Vin Specific. They sent the wrong engine. The manager and head of customer service, Sancho, told me to go f**c myself and would not communicate any further. I got the money back from my credit card but OMG what terrible people. I am a shop and they treated us tis way. Stay away from these scammers they are being sued left and right. FYI they have websites that portray they are everywhere, they are based out of Wisconsin.

Biggest pile of junk engine I ever… Biggest pile of junk engine I ever bought was told it was a 66k mile 3.5L Ford engine that was a joke more like a 266k mile engine, oil was dripping from the intake so if you know anything about engines that means blow by which it is oil passing by the piston rings . I was lucky filed a claim on my credit card and got my money back. DO NOT buy from this junk yard they will rip you off if they can! If you want to see something interesting look at YOUTUBE pull up KSHB 41 news report on Quality Used Engines if this does not confirm that they are a SCAM RIP OFF Company then nothing will BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ZERO!! ZERO!!! SCAMMERS!!!! This company false advertises engines & Transmissions that a junk. They use multiple company names such as, Engine & Transmission World (& Team), Jasper, SW Engines, Quality Used Engines & Transmission(& also Team), Gear Head Engines, Engine Shopper LLC, and many more! They send bad engine (RUSTED, hydrocarbon issues), don't refund for core, IF you get a 2nd engine They don't pay for the labor to have their bad engine replaced! They claimed I never did the warranty although I called them several times a day (hang ups, transfer to, no one answers) for 6 months now. I WONT STOP! It's all a SCAM & THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!! SUBMITTED request for GOOGLE to Shut Down their pages!!! Read the reviews and you will find the links. People are getting ripped off everywhere. Multiple lawsuits and I'm working with the DA. Unprofessional Unprofessional, won't return calls. Customer service person, Prexy, juggles phones and says "looking in to" or "haven't had time to reply" and then does not respond. Anyone on this site have a suggestion or legal remedy. They sent a engine that was broken, leaking oil. Out the $1100 for engine and $1800 for repair shop to put in this broken engine. Also, name changed from Quality Engines to SW Engines in the 3 months in dealing with them.
