They every time give you the response that they'll look into it but never get back to you. They kepp on transferring the phones to another depoartment and keep you on hold for hours. I am trying to get in touch with them since a month.

Buyer, Beware. Absolutely the worst online purchasing experience. Slow to ship, no follow up. Hidden conditions. Like pulling teeth to get your core deposit refunded and then you'll only get 25% back. And just so you are aware, the is no qualityusedengines they're a front for a company called SWengines. They threatened to void my warranty if I complained to my credit card company so...no warranty, I guess. Never again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I had read reviews Wish I had read reviews, ordered a motor in May 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, cracked motor mounts, cracked oil pan looked like it rolled to SC. It's January 2023 they picked the motor up in November and still haven't refunded me.

"CANN'T TRUST" "READREVIEWS", ordered a two different motor in 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, "CRACKED HEAD". Never put engine in truck! Made a warranty claim. couldn't get anyone to talk to me. They picked the motor up in and still haven't refunded me. The second engine was full of dirt dauber nest and and kept clogging up oil cooler. and "NO WARRANTY" CANN'T TRUST THIS COPANY!
