ZERO!! ZERO!!! SCAMMERS!!!! This company false advertises engines & Transmissions that a junk. They use multiple company names such as, Engine & Transmission World (& Team), Jasper, SW Engines, Quality Used Engines & Transmission(& also Team), Gear Head Engines, Engine Shopper LLC, and many more! They send bad engine (RUSTED, hydrocarbon issues), don't refund for core, IF you get a 2nd engine They don't pay for the labor to have their bad engine replaced! They claimed I never did the warranty although I called them several times a day (hang ups, transfer to, no one answers) for 6 months now. I WONT STOP! It's all a SCAM & THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!! SUBMITTED request for GOOGLE to Shut Down their pages!!! Read the reviews and you will find the links. People are getting ripped off everywhere. Multiple lawsuits and I'm working with the DA. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Quality Used… DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Quality Used Engines. Quality doesn't even come close to describing the junk they shipped me. I received the engine with a visibly broken intake manifold. Mechanic removed the manifold to find metal chunks in 3 cylinders. After 3 weeks of back and forth with them, they finally sent a "replacement" engine. The 2nd one showed up looking like a completely rusted chunk of bare identifiable piece of metal. I finally got them to pick up the engine 4 weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Customer service is Rep yelled at me for asking where my refund is!!!

I am out of words to explain the… I am out of words to explain the frustration of working with this company. Today alone I have been attempting to get in contact with the warranty department for over 5 hours (longest hold time 1 hours, 23 minutes!) Not only have I been on hold for the majority of that time but when I do reach someone, they can't help and those who can are busy. Never have I gotten a call back or an email from anyone. First engine has timing chain issues right from the beginning. Anyone with a little bit of experience could have diagnosed this issue before shipping or at least know that the clucking noise when turning over isn't normal. Sad thing is I ordered several engines with them, and I just now know how difficult it is going to be to do anything warranty related.

Stay Away from these Scammers!!!! I bought a 60k Mile engine for a Ford Flex Vin Specific. They sent the wrong engine. The manager and head of customer service, Sancho, told me to go f**c myself and would not communicate any further. I got the money back from my credit card but OMG what terrible people. I am a shop and they treated us tis way. Stay away from these scammers they are being sued left and right. FYI they have websites that portray they are everywhere, they are based out of Wisconsin.

WHO EVER IS READING THIS JUST THINK WHY WILL I WASTE MY TIME WRITING THIS ..THEY ARE WELL ORGANIZED TO DOING WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO TO SCAMM YOU EVEN THROUGH THERE FINANCING PAY TOMORROW THEY ARE PART OF THE SCAM TOO SO BE VERY AWARE.
