GBWe really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin… We really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin bikes. We love traveling with them as they fold and fit easily into our truck's back seat area and can be put in and taken out quickly because of their relatively light weight. Once unfolded, they are a fun bike to ride too. We have ridden these bikes on many trails now in many states as we travel and plan for many more miles of smiles! Cheers to 'getting out there' and having fun!

GBLove my Dolphin+ and excellent customer service! I was at first skeptical ordering from a brand I've never heard of. I've been looking for a compact folding ebike and the Dolphin+ checked all of my needs. I would like to acknowledge the customer service has been outstanding. GBWonderful bike, very happy--but tough set-up Customer service was always attentive and helpful. Just got my bike 2 days ago, and took the first ride today--love it! Set up was a bit frustrating--the included tool kit did not have all the correct size allen wrenches for the job (but fortunately my husband did). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the very brief owner's "manual," which is really a pamphlet, and other sketchy diagrams/information. Had to watch and read several things online to figure out how to set up and operate the bike properly.
