Unsafe bike Purchase two bikes. One was clearing mananufactured with a defect and after only a few months they do not stand behind there products. Better to look for other bikes that are not unsafe. Buyer beware.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Bought a bike that had a major problem. They say the right things with no real action to resolve the situation. I would not buy a bike from Viribus

Go with another brand Frame arrived bent in several places. Chain was too short. I needed to take out to a local bike shop to be repaired while assembling. Assembly took almost an entire day not counting repair trips. Go with another brand.

The easy cruise The bike arrived as stated in e-mail… The bike arrived as stated in e-mail purchase conformation. Was easy to assemble ( I am a trained mechanic), think the average person can do it. The instruction(s) were easy to follow and illustrated for clarity. I find the ride to be comfortable and easy to manage. The assist is way more powerful then I could examine and makes it easy for a disabled person, like myself to ride.
