Never received Metabeast pre-order Never received Metabeast pre-order. Paid $3000 in June 5 2023 and nothing no update. No communication. Bought a lot of bikes from Sondors, probably 10 or more. Now this. Horrible

Quality bike with quality service Bike came with a leaking tube. Sondors replaced it. Riding posture is upright and comfortable. It has both boost and throttle, which is essential for us. We have enjoyed this bike and would like to get a second one, because of the design, quality, and service.

First bike was returned DOA no power First bike was returned DOA no power, second bike no air in one fork leg resulting in a 7/8” miss alignment in fork length. Also dead headlight. Third bike has been great except 6 goat head punctures on first ride. I will give five stars on service, excellent response on problems!

The Best Bang for the eBike Dollar Absolutely the best bang for the eBike dollar. Beautiful designs. Quality name brand components. Fabulous customer service and support. I’ve owned 6 different Sondors and have enjoyed them all with no issues. Couldn’t recommend any products Sondors puts out.

Excellent value Excellent value and love the fact it folds. The only improvements would beefing up the brakes and adding thicker tires. I love the size and shape of the tires, however they are paper thin between the knobbys and I have picked-up several thorns which punctured the innertubes. After 1000 miles, Have to say I love the bike!
