Mixed reviews.... As a regular cyclist I have used Leisurewheels on numerous occasions. I have bought four new bikes from them over about a 10 year period, & had servicing work carried out too. In my dealings with them I have had mixed reviews of their service. On some occasions I have found them to be very good, whilst on others less so. For example, one one occasion my bike was making a clicking noise with every pedal stroke. A member of staff traced it to a worn pedal bearing & supplied & fitted two new pedals FOC, while I waited. Great service! However, after my front mech seized & had to be replaced, they fitted an inferior Alivio unit rather than a like-for-like Deore! Why?

Great experience! Placed an order for a bike for my partner Sunday morning and received it lunch time Tuesday! Speedy delivery, great pricing and the bike was packaged really well. Assembly was really easy and one super happy girlfriend! Highly recommend Leisure Wheels!!

The team were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous whilst I waited for them to identify the fault and fix it. 👏🏼

Really helpful service I ordered a bike (BMC) from them and it wasn't as expected when it arrived (misleading web image). The shop were really understanding and helped me get the right bike to my specific requirements. I cannot praise them enough for this. Dan and his staff were great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Very competitive price too 👍

1st class after sales and support from LeisureWheels Bought at Haibike Hardnine 6 E-MTB in Jan 22 from Dan and Sam and after a few weeks noticed I couldn't get the battery removed the lock was jammed. The guys without hesitation provided correct tool and replacement lock and said if I couldn't sort they would have DPD collect the bike back to depot. 1st class customer service and the replacement lock I managed to fit worked perfectly. Highly recommend these guys for all your cycling needs, Brilliant all round
