Alvin Seville was Superb Alvin Seville was friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and was able to resolve my issue . As far as I know up to this point . My issue was trying to cancel an order . I couldn't get ahold of phone support and wanted to contact someone before the items were shipped . If the order is cancelled then my experience was great .

I bought a 49cc friction drive motor… I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!

Summer went out of her way to keep in contact with me for a couple of months now and even went out of her way to get me a discount that was above and beyond. Earl calmed all my confusion when i seen an email saying the bike shipped but then was cancelled with Fedex.
