I bought a 49cc friction drive motor… I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!

I dealt with Earl early PST today… I dealt with Earl early PST today trying to order parts for our two bikes which I previously ordered friction motor kits for both. Earl was very patient with me as my order allowed for free shipping but my problem stemmed from the discount applied brought my order below the minimum $99. He had to explain the discount goes by the price before the discount is applied. Give Earl a raise, at least to the second floor! Thanks you guys, my motor kits get delivered today, looking forward to using them both as we’re retired, I’m 70 and need the help peddling! 🙂

Excellent customer support Had an issue with a 2 cycle engine kit. Contacted customer support and they told me they would help me out. They told me what info they needed to resolve the issue. The next day i was happy to see that they were sending me replacement parts to fix my problem with helpful info to make sure there is no further issues. Can't really expect any better than that. First order experience I have ordered some parts and after the order was placed I have decided to add another part to the order. I have reached the Customer support and Earl has responded promptly to my request and helped me to update the order. I am very pleased with how smoothly everything went.
