The bike that I ordered said it was 26… The bike that I ordered said it was 26 in after reading the review I found out that it was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after making the order they told me they cannot cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped yet after receiving the order and trying to return it they tell me I am going to get charged a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay for the shipping also they're only going to give me in store credit for the rest. If that isn't bad enough the items they sent me were dented rusted and inferior. Do not order anything from this company they are only all for themselves.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I can't over-express how much Mr. Earl has helped me with my questions and issues. He's gone above and beyond and I will be using bikeberry for all of my bicycle/engine needs from now on and recommending it to all. 11 out of 10! :-)

Excellent customer support Had an issue with a 2 cycle engine kit. Contacted customer support and they told me they would help me out. They told me what info they needed to resolve the issue. The next day i was happy to see that they were sending me replacement parts to fix my problem with helpful info to make sure there is no further issues. Can't really expect any better than that.
