Got it all installed, runs but breaks up at the top of the RPM band so you get a max speed of about 15 mph, I can pedal faster. Chatting with someone who clearly is just reading a cheat sheet and has no mechanical experience was also fruitless, and once you install the engine its no longer returnable so I basically just wasted $240. I've tried 2 different brand new carbs, 2 different plugs with no improvement. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, this was my first and last purchase from BikeBerry.
