X7 is a great bike I bought my X7 during the pandemic while working in San Francisco. It was easy to assemble, has no problem reaching 28mph and carried me up some of the steepest hills in the city . Battery continually holds a full charge and the gears are smooth for those times when you decide to engage with peddling. It's very easy to fold up and will fit in your back seat if needed. I would recommend this bike to anyone who likes to commute, ride trails,or wants to enjoy some light cardio exercise a couple of times a week. This bike travels with me all over the country and has never let me down.

Incredible bike Incredible bike, fast, durable, definitely has greater than 100 mile range. It is heavy but if you live in a windy area, the 20 inch tires give it a lower profile and it feels more stable. The original saddle is good but I'm 126 lbs so I upgraded the saddle for a wider and a little softer feel. This bike is addictive, it performs nicely over many surfaces, it's probably too heavy for extreme single-track .

Scam/company steals money Did not recieve everything with bike, notified the company, they said they would send missing parts, and never sent them. And are now refusing to return the brand new bike, and told me only way they will accept return is in original box and they would deduct about 1000$ in order to return the 1300$ item. when I asked for a prepaid return label and said they could take the shipping amount out of my refund, but a since when is shipping over a thousand dollars? See picture of email. They don’t honor their product, my advice? buy somewhere else! Save yourself the hassle.

Worst company ever Worst company ever. The only phone support is someone taking messages. Email support are just copy and paste. They also tell you that they charge a return fee and don't for return shipping. On a new defective bike!? I am serious. This company are fraudsters. Bike's shocks are fake and do nothing. Wire's stick out of the control box. One of which was a bare wire. Handlebar post is never tight. Rear brakes constantly squeel. Battery and cheap plastic connect is only 5 inches from the ground. BIG FIRE HAZARD. Reported to Amazon. Super confused. They need to be shutdown. They are fraudsters.

Frame cracked at stem riding really… Frame cracked at stem riding really mild trails near my home is the ace actually trail capable. The company allready has sent me a frame. Nervous weather or not to upgrade to an ace i dont know that it is capable of trails above mild. What kind of trails are you guys riding on the Ace bike the trails im used to have unavoidable areas where you are coming off the ground weather you plan on it or not.
