GBNo real problems with Juliet I've contacted Eahora three times about questions and issues with my Juliet and they have responded within 2 days on each. The explanations/service provided are adequate and I hope they continue to be. The bike is a beast and easily goes 100 miles on a charge.

GBToo good for this price I've been riding an eahora azarias for 6 months and I just hit 800 miles on my odometer. Absolutely loving it. 48V 18Ah battery gets me for days commuting in city before I have to charge again. No other bike at this price range will give you the range (50-60 miles with moderate pedaling at PAS 5, which is the fastest option) and the speed (30-32mph tops) as well as the rear suspension for smooth rides. I went into 10 inch potholes with this thing and it didn't even care and kept riding smoothly. Brakes perform really well for a mechanical disk brake too. The flashlight is decent, but I'd recommend buying an additional high-mounted flashlight. Something like CATEYE 700 which will bend the light square like a car headlights so as to not blind incoming vehicles

GBAs a buyer of seven(7) Azarias low step… As a buyer of seven(7) Azarias low step ebikes for me, my wife, my three sons and two daughter-in-laws, I have a few suggestions: 1. UNLOCK the display parameter options like tire size, (odometer does not exactly match gps on Samsung Health or Strava apps), PAS Sensitivity, PAS Strength, etc. 2. Color display 3. Reposition battery seat post connection from the bottom to under/behind the the seat for easier access/connection. 4. Up the charging amps to decrease charge time - hard to implement, but it would be nice :) Overall we LOVE our ebikes. Keep up the good work! I would like a saddlebag if I win :) FYI: I have run many watt hr./mile tests and here's my data (I am 5'10", 175lbs): PAS 1 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 80 to 90 miles (10 watts/mile) PAS 2 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 60 to 70 miles (13 watts/mile) PAS 3 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 50 to 60 miles (15 watts/mile) AWESOME!

GBIncredible bike Incredible bike, fast, durable, definitely has greater than 100 mile range. It is heavy but if you live in a windy area, the 20 inch tires give it a lower profile and it feels more stable. The original saddle is good but I'm 126 lbs so I upgraded the saddle for a wider and a little softer feel. This bike is addictive, it performs nicely over many surfaces, it's probably too heavy for extreme single-track .

GBWorst company ever Worst company ever. The only phone support is someone taking messages. Email support are just copy and paste. They also tell you that they charge a return fee and don't for return shipping. On a new defective bike!? I am serious. This company are fraudsters. Bike's shocks are fake and do nothing. Wire's stick out of the control box. One of which was a bare wire. Handlebar post is never tight. Rear brakes constantly squeel. Battery and cheap plastic connect is only 5 inches from the ground. BIG FIRE HAZARD. Reported to Amazon. Super confused. They need to be shutdown. They are fraudsters.
