GBVery disappointed I ordered two bikes, heard nothing for several days and then finally two days after contacting customer service I found out both bikes were out of stock and was told I would be refunded. Now, a week later, the money still isn't back in my account and I have no bikes. If they were out of stock I should not have been able to make the purchase to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the entire experience so far.

GBFrom Topos to Texas Baby! Topos Outdoor impressed me from start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate. It was simple to compare bikes in the price range I had for my budget and I found the right fit with the right parts in the Haro I selected. After my order I contacted customer service to find out how Covid would impact my purchase, the lady was awesome, she gave me the exact shipment date which was spot on. I have told more than 5 people about the exceptional service and savings I received buying through Topos, hopefully they see more orders coming in from Texas.

GBAwesome Simply put well worth the purchase. Bike was just as described. Looks fantastic, handles great, and super excited I made the purchase. I’ve been looking at after market kits to add to another bike but through research decided to give this a go. I’ve only had it a few days but looks to be well made to handle the many miles I dream of putting on it. Shipping was super fast in my experience but can’t speak to others experiences I’ve read about. Either way it would be worth it. My only negative outlook would be getting a hold of add ones which seem to be in short supply. Great advertising for this product out there...hats off to the marketing dept. Glad to be part of the “super squad”!

GBFirst and last purchase from Topos Outdoors I bought a bike revived my order confirmation and waited about a week to receive the shipping info as well. Since I never received the shipping info I emailed support to find out when I can expect my bike to arrive. It was then that let me know that bike was actually out of stock and they will not be getting anymore. I’m frustrated that I had to reach out to them to learn this information and by the time I found out the bike was also no longer available on all the other sites that I could’ve purchased from. I expressed my disappointment and received no reply.

GBOverall very good experience Overall very good experience. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was taking longer than expected to receive my order seeing as how I only live 100 miles from the store. I called and discovered that the gloves weren't in stock and they were transferring my order from a different warehouse. I would have liked to know that up front when I ordered. Other than that good selection, good prices and good customer service.
