DKUnexpectedly positive… I've had an unexpectedly positive experience. My key snapped inside the lock and in an attempt to get reimbursed for the cost of a locksmith, I reached out to the support team. I didnt get a response, however a month later I recieved a new lock. `it's a little odd, but I'm thankful nonetheless. I gave 4 stars as it still would have been nice to feel like i have an avenue for communication with the team at KRYPTONITE.

FRNo reply from Customer Service after bike theft My 2 bikes were stolen back in August and I did all that was required to report the theft to Kryptonite. However I was never contacted within the 5-7 days as mentioned in the confirmation email. After 30 days, if the bikes were not found therefore I should be eligible for reimbursement but still no new from Kryptonite. I subscribed for the 5 years ATPO but it seems I should not have invested in that unfortunately. [EDIT] It took close to 6 months to get the reimbursement but it came and I can now look into getting 2 new bikes. So it was very long to get an answer but it eventually came. Thank you Kryptonite.

GBFiled a claim with ATPO in December - still no response My wife had her bike stolen in December 2023. We reported it to the police immediately and filed the ATPO claim with Kryptonite, providing all the details & photos that they asked for. 3 months later, 2 chaser emails and still nothing at all from Kryptonite. Really, really poor customer service and terrible communication. Kryptonite should really feel ashamed of what they provide to their customers. GBZero stars for service Zero stars for service although lock is very good. Ordered additional keys through Key Safe offer. Original claim acknowledged 11 August 2023 and sent follow up email but no response. May need to try some other avenue as companies shouldn’t be allowed to offer deals if they don’t follow through. Very poor customer service. Expect I’ll get the same automated response from Kryptonite via trustpilot as others received. Please prove me wrong Kryptonite!

GBTerrible customer service I submitted a claim on 19th November & still haven’t had a response. I have followed up a number of times with the online form & through social media - zero response. The insurance offer is a scam - avoid it!
