Very convenient Very convenient, it is an alternative when you have the need for a car but don't want to commit to a purchase yet. Customer service is very friendly and the whole process was pretty simple. Will recommend to friends and family

Red Ram Truck My experience with your customer care representative was fine. However I love the look of the truck that I received however it smells like weed and it shakes as if the transmission is going out. However it would be great if these things were fixed. The truck also has a lot of paint on the back with a piece of it hatched plastic broken. Other than these things it’s great.

Raquel is great to have on the front… Raquel is great to have on the front lines to deliver a warm and positive experience. Flexcar is a great option to save money on a daily commute that may be out of reach with public transport and certainly cheaper than ride-sharing everyday.

Make Sure There is a FlexHub.... Make sure there is a FlexHub near you before going forward with this company. If anything goes wrong with the vehicle you choose after getting started with them, they will force you to come to the "nearest" FlexHub to get it checked out, which could be 1-2 hours away. If you don't take it in within a week or two of them requesting it, they will come REPO the vehicle and cancel your Flexcar membership. You won't be refunded for the months you already paid or the annually fee, that's supposed to "save" you thousands of dollars. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to jump through hoops and further complicate your life.

Customer support is AMAZING I was… Customer support is AMAZING I was worried before I decided to try FlexCar because I heard horror stories about how people paid for the month but then was told to return the vehicle without much notice but I have yet to experience this
