Adding miles is way too expensive as a… Adding miles is way too expensive as a price!! Then you have to pay initially s high rate to even get the car, then a recurring annual yearly fee on top of that, THEN your monthly rental fee.. and THEN you are not given enough miles to really travel so you are charged several times for additional top up added miles!! It is cheaper to just rent a car from your local rent a car place, like enterprise, etc to avoid all of the crazy fees. Oh, and by the way this is just for a super basic car - not a luxury car, not a sports car.. I'm talking about for a Mazda, Acura, Honda, etc.

This car service is super convenient but expensive with the undisclosed random fees… This car service is super convenient and easy to use. However, there are random and very expensive fees that are not disclosed ie the 199 fee when you switch cars (insert explicatives) the 199 cleaning fee even for your first transaction (why am I paying to clean a car I’ve never driven?). The fees random unknown fees makes you want to go back to ownership or leasing.

The driver Annika who delivered my car… The driver Annika who delivered my car was nothing but awesome. She was very nice and professional. She apologized for any inconvenience, but there were none. Very good car leasing program! I started use Flex Car program because none of car purchase or term leasing programs did not meet my needs as my stay in Atlanta would be less than 6 months or so. Honestly my expectation of Flex Car program was not so high at the beginning. But from the car delivery time to this date I am fully satisfied with overall quality of operation management by the company. At the time of delivery, the car delivered was fully tuned up and clean. Since then, the car is running smoothly without any trouble or my concerns unlike most rental cars. In summary, Flex Car program meets with my needs very well, possible short term use (practically a month to month leasing program), reducing overall cost for car use, and very easy maintenance. I personally thank to Flex Car to have brought me such a convenient car usage experience.
