GBBad Experience Bad Experience Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We signed the contract with an agreed upon price, sent the $200 deposit, and then Henry told us we would need to pay a driver twice the amount on the contract. After telling him no, he and his manager bombarded us with calls and texts, even to go so far as to say he would lose his job if we did not go through with the car transport. On top of all of this, he asked me to have my father call him because "men understand these things better than women"... disgusting.

GBDO NOT USE Entered into a contract on 2/26/24 for my car to be shipped from FL to MD for $600. Car was to be shipped on 3/19/24. I texted regularly to confirm pick-up time and was told by text on 3/15/24 that "it's set." Received a call on 3/18/24 advising that they couldn't ship unless I paid an extra $400. Reason was not given. I agreed because I needed the car shipped.

GBTerrible experience where do I start… Terrible experience where do I start after booking with company they decide to call a day before that they had someone coming to pick up my truck after clearly making arrangements in a the next day after that wanting to charge me extra money for looking for another driver! Which I didn’t agree on and gave the dates I need the truck moved. After find a driver to pick truck my car battery died after putting in thier lift . I instructed the driver to call me when he got close so I would have my mechanic standing by the driver took it upon himself to try and started the vehicle himself the night before delivery and leaving the air filter out of the vehicle on the seat ! He didn’t even call to tell me he was close and then get upset that I’m wasting his time ! He didn’t communicate very good English and neither did the company! Text back and forth they had the nerve to tell me that I paid for standard fee does that mean?? I paid for a service and expect the respect!! So as I told him standard service means — service paying more money you get quality service !! Do not use them if you only want to pay for standard (——) service ! Not even apologetic for the driver they sent !!
