Worst shipping company ever Worst shipping company ever Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs So deliver of my package was delayed two days now

Customer service Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.

Communication was a little sketchy at… Communication was a little sketchy at first because of a third party and having to coordinate the pick up after crossing the Mexican border. In the end the shipment was picked up on time and actually delivered ahead of schedule! I was impressed! To my knowledge there was no damage. I worked with Matt Todd throughout the whole sales process. He did a great job guiding me through the process and was easy to work with. PICK UP I had HNRY Logistics pick up a very expensive piece of equipment in the US and deliver to us in Canada. This was an oversized load, and the truck had to follow specific instructions from our vendor which HNRY did. From pick up to delivery at our site everything was great. JD was a big help and did exactly what he said he would do. A real pleasure to work with. Thank you

Made It Happen Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact! Thanks HNRY
