Hired a team of drivers to deliver… Hired a team of drivers to deliver overnight for arrival on a Friday, having left on a Thursday. Drivers did not show up until the following Monday and your place of business had the audacity to charge us for an overnight shipment. Absolutely unacceptable....................

Worst shipping company ever Worst shipping company ever Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs So deliver of my package was delayed two days now

Overall happy with the service Overall happy with the service. Had a couple incidents where communications weren't as ideal as they could be - waiting for BOL, BOL corrections, and estimated pick up window - but things have gotten better since then and that only happened a couple times out of the dozens of shipments we've made w/ Henry Logistics.

It is my understanding that the driver… It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided. Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays
