After reading the reviews I spent the money for the watch for a couple of big cheese burgers and fries with a chocolate shake with whipped cream. I was completely satisfied with the results. GBI placed my order a month ago I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to speak to any one at Ze Tech. worst customer service ever. No one answers at the Customer Service number, no agents are available. All I get are computer generated responses to emails. If I had know that it would take over a month to get this watch I would never have purchased it. I want to speak to an actual person and get my watch or cancel my order.

GBAvoid buying from ZE Technology! The military grade smart watch v2 looks cheap. Then I didn’t receive the women’s mesh watch ordered. I contacted the company multiple times via email and left voice messages as no customer service agents were available. I wanted to return all items and receive a refund for the missing watch. I made the request within 7 days as stipulated on ZE Technology’s website. No one contacted me via phone or email. Then several days later, I get the missing watch in the mail. This shows that my email requesting a refund and return was read; however, I was never told how or where to return the items. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. Customer service is terrible!

GBWatch apparently would not recharge. Customer service is shipping a new one. I ordered on New Years Eve requesting standard free shipping, not express shipping, and received it about 2 weeks later. It is larger than I expected, and feels like a budget watch, but otherwise about what I expected for a cheap mail order smart watch. The function i was interested in was the BP monitor, and it worked very well for 3 days until the watch stopped working. I submitted an email to the contact email address included in the minimal operating instructions asking for tech support, and got a reply same day from a tech support person. I followed his instructions and still could not get the watch to turn on, or indicate that it was charging. He asked me for a video to see how I was doing it, I assume in case i was not doing it correctly, which is a possibility. I sent a 10 second video showing how I connect the magnetic charge cord, and press the center left button and hold to try and turn the watch on. I received a reply the next day asking for my original order number and an address to ship the replacement watch to. so far good customer service. it Remains to be seen if the replacement watch will arrive quickly and last longer than the original.

CAJust a follow up on last review sent… Just a follow up on last review sent watch back, they received it Feb 17 Gabriel had sent me a email few days before saying when they receive watch they will issue credit less the $20 nothing so far, and they sent me another watch which I emailed them to inform them I didn't want another watch but they sent it to me Looks like I am going to call charge card company PLEASE KEEP AWAY or go to Amazon
