I was fortunate to speak with Heath Lowrey who gave me all the information I needed plus giving me suggestions so I was able to make our reservation. Health was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. CARude and curt agent… The agent Derek Whitley was curt and rude. He was not helpful at all. He should signs of exasperation every time I asked a question. I even heard him, over the phone, saying in a hushed tone, “Oh my God!” As though he was fed of my queries. He should be taken off the phone and given more training. I have always gone with cruise America for many years but I am having serious thoughts of cancelling and going with Candream due to Derek and who knows more rude agents when I call in next.

GBReservation Specialist Brian Chmielowski shout-out! We just wanted to drop a review and say that Cruise America is a great company, always flexible. But specifically, if you are lucky enough to have Brian Chmielowski as your reservation specialist, you are in for a treat. Brian worked with us to get us the best deal for our upcoming reservation which is a 2 week RV adventure across the USA. This is our third trip with Cruise America. Keep up the good work!

GBHeath was great Heath was great! He was responsive, gave expert help and options to make sure we got the RV and package that best fit our needs. I previously reserved a RV online and now wish I would have gone through Heath. It's rare to prefer a phone reservation over the convenience of online, but the experience was that good. Also, sending contact information and stating that we can reach out with any questions or help, awesome customer service.
