Southern Trailer Depot Saved The Day The ladies there in the office and the girl that delivered did an excellent job in smoothing over an discrepancy i had with my sales guy. He changed the agreed on price once I arrived and called me a liar on the phone when I called him. Told me jut to leave it where it sat. Well, i had driven 6.5 hours and had to make a pickup so after talking with the lady at the counter she got the price back to what I had originally agreed to with Garrett. Bad experience smoothed over by Southern Trailer Depot Office lady, sorry I forget your name but thank you for a pleasant outcome! The delivery lady was excellent also. Thank her too!!

I just joined the Rock Solid family. All I know is after putting a lot of time into researching makes, models, styles, features, dealers and manufacturers of trailers, I decided Rock Solid Cargo would build it. And they far exceeded my expectations. They custom built this beauty exactly to my specs with free upgrades I didn’t know I needed and treated me like family on pick-up day; which was an amazing feat in that the yard was filled with folks getting the same experience. These guys live up to their reputation as the best with a smile. My trailer is beautiful. But the thing is, I know it’s well built. Judging this 'book' by its cover Judging this 'book' by its cover, the trailer looked great. Now that I've taken the plywood walls off to insulate the real problems are exposed. There are wires put through the siding without grommets, both 110 & 12v wires are rubbing against self tapping screws and the gaps between the frame and the siding base are begging for water to rot out the plywood flooring.

Couldn't be better! When I called Southern Trailer I spoke with Ennis Hester. He was very helpful and patient in explaining all available options and answering any questions. I placed the order for my custom Rock Solid Cargo 7X16TA and much to my surprise, it was completed before the estimated build time and every bit of the quality I had expected. When I picked the trailer up at the Thompson Dr. facility, the staff was very helpful and courteous, even though they were extremely busy. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
