Very Satisfied customer !!! I have been shopping all summer for a motorcycle trailer this past summer, I became aware of Rock Solid Cargo in GA but when I have spoken to their various brokers in the area and neighboring states, the STD folks (hey, no pun intended with this abbrev. :) were far and beyond best to communicate and deal with!! the Sale person was knowledgeable, motivated and of course when it came to winning the deal - he made sure I was happy to close the deal!! I've waited 6 weeks for this review and in the meantime, I discovered something the factory had to take care of due to error, STD jumped real quick to address this issue with RS Cargo. which turns out to be very positive feedback from the Rock Solid Cargo trailers.

Couldn't be better! When I called Southern Trailer I spoke with Ennis Hester. He was very helpful and patient in explaining all available options and answering any questions. I placed the order for my custom Rock Solid Cargo 7X16TA and much to my surprise, it was completed before the estimated build time and every bit of the quality I had expected. When I picked the trailer up at the Thompson Dr. facility, the staff was very helpful and courteous, even though they were extremely busy. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I just joined the Rock Solid family. All I know is after putting a lot of time into researching makes, models, styles, features, dealers and manufacturers of trailers, I decided Rock Solid Cargo would build it. And they far exceeded my expectations. They custom built this beauty exactly to my specs with free upgrades I didn’t know I needed and treated me like family on pick-up day; which was an amazing feat in that the yard was filled with folks getting the same experience. These guys live up to their reputation as the best with a smile. My trailer is beautiful. But the thing is, I know it’s well built. Jerry was a great help Jerry was a great help. I found his knowledge of trailers very extensive. He was able to answer all my question promptly. The other trailer manufacturer had to get back to me with the simplest questions. I would definitely recommend southern trailer depot to everyone. The sales process was very easy. Deposit over the phone, and balance on pickup. Paperwork was all ready and waiting for me when I got there. Signed the paperwork, and my trailer was outside waiting for me. Very easy process.
